All service technicians are qualified to BPCA / RSPH level 2, and are fully registered servicing technicians with BPCA’s CPD scheme, ensuring continual professional development. All service staff carry photo ID for your safety and security.

The company is CHAS listed (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme). Our tailored insurance policy provides a £10 million public, product & employee liability. All materials are used in conjunction with C.O.S.H.H. legislation and we conform to The Control of Pesticides 1986 Act.

Due to recent renovations, noticed a pest problem so called PPC as was extremely nervous and unsure how to address the issue.  Communication and initial triage of my issue by Phil and Jordan gave me confidence that I would be taken care of and fixed fee system included initial call out, survey and treatment as well as a 14 day follow up.
The stand out service was provided by Perry. Punctual. empathic and professional approach. The expertise in identifying root cause and treatment has provided such peace of mind (having been too scared to go into 2 rooms last night). An absolute rockstar    and total pro.
